Health and Esthetics
Functional training consists of a sequence of multiarticular exercises that act upon complex muscular chains rather than only upon one specific muscle, thereby promoting a wider range of the workout’s effect on the body. To better understand, an example of functional training is the widely popular pilates.
With this background information, together with Êxodo, we created a simple and modern one-page website, thereby bringing together the ideas of strength, definition and health – there’s nothing better than joining many good things together and turning them into one great result.
